Mexican Cuisine
If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

It may be a chain, but there are only two in Northern Kentucky. I have been to this location 5-6 times and it's always packed. Strange traffic pattern getting into it; you pass by it then turn in between a gas station and a fast food restaurant to get there. Anyway, it's good food. Generous portions and seems consistent in quality. I never quite understood why you tell the restaurant employees what you want by name because they still ask you...black beans or pintos, chicken, beef? Anyway, doesn't keep me from going back (nor does that circuitous path to get there)!

This place is just your typical Chipotle - the people are nice enough, the food looked fresh. The place isn't as clean as it could be... might be nice if there were people out there cleaning up the tables on occasion. The other irritating thing is that when we paid, the computer crashed. So they came back and told us that they didn't charge us. Well, then get home, and the credit card statement says that we were charged twice. I'm sure that it will get taken care of, but it's just one more unnecessary irritation.

This place is so inconsistent. I can order the same thing and some days it will be decent others it's cold and bland. Giving it a rest for awhile.

Chipotle is great, but this particular one is not. They never roll my burrito properly-- expect to be asked whether or not you want them to rewrap it when it busts open mid-wrap. I complained to them about it after a few failures and got a couple of free burritos out or it. Despite the insurmountable task of wrapping the burrito, the food is great and just what I've come to expect from Chipotle. One more thing: this Chipotle, like every other one I've been to, is about as loud as a rock concert.

Music is crappy and way too loud. Food is usually cold. Skimpy portions too. Mall road and dream street do better than this location.

The worst Chipotle I've ever been to, bar none. First, the menu - the font on the menu is 50% larger than normal, with no other information - none of the calorie and other listings normally found, just single names. The food behind the counter looked a bit off, but I was hungry and in a hurry. I got my normal Barbacoa burrito, and watched them have issues rolling it up and needing an extra piece of foil to hold it in place. While standing to check in at the airport 10 minutes later, the grease from the burrito ran through the foil, a napkin, and the paper bag onto the counter. Yes, the grease .. . . from a burrito. The taste was a bit off too, I tossed it halfway through even though there was no other food in the terminal - just bleh.

It's way too easy to drive past the entrance if you don't know exactly what you're looking for. They could really use some more signage. Maybe that's just me though, because this place is always packed when I go.

Very loud and usually crowded but don't let the long line scare you away. It moves very quickly. I've always had the burrito bowl so I can't comment on anything else. I usually get the chicken with guac, sour cream, salsa, cheese, beans and rice. The almost $2 extra for the guac seems high but you do get a fairly good sized scoop.

I have been a Chipotle fan for a long time. I love most everything on the menu. And now the big news.... they now have brown rice! It is not exactly the same as the white, but it is totally worth the trade-off for me. The proprietor at this location is very friendly and always wears a smile.

What can you say about Chipotle that hasn't already been said? When you want a burrito you go to Chipotle end of story. Best chain burritos this side of the border. The one on Buttermilk is a great location close to my place and the highway coming back from work. If only or was 24 hours and delivered it would get a higher score.

I am a religious follower of Chipotle, and I must say, this is one of my favorite locations. Now not because it looks better, or the ingredients are different, but, the staff is great! They have to be! only two Chipotle locations in Northern Kentucky aid to this. It is always PACKED, yet they work fast, efficient, and are friendly. They also receive an A+ on called/faxed in orders, the pharmacy I work at orders from here on a regular basis. The only strange thing is, finding your way into the parking lot! It is a very strange route, where you actually pass the location(if coming from the interstate) and have to weave your way around the back of the Sunoco station. I love it! Crazy entrance and all.

The Buttermilk Chipotle delivered everything I've come to expect from any Chipotle. If you've never been to one, you're missing out on the best fast food money can buy. If you're already a fan, the Chipotle on Buttermilk won't disappoint. For newbies, I highly recommend the Fajita Burrito with Carnitas meat - best pulled pork I've ever had.
